For companies with less than 5 employees. The package includes an annual health and safety review. We look at site-based issues and the standard of existing documentation.
Mallory Health and Safety Consultants Ltd provide an external source of retained health and safety expertise. Legislation and industry guidance, where applicable to the activities of the company, is emailed to a nominated point of contact. Telephone support is provided for health and safety advice at no extra cost.
The Standard Plus + Package
For companies with more than 5 employees, but less than thirty employees. The package includes an annual health and safety review.
We look at site-based issues and continuous improvement of the safety management system encompassing current documentation. Mallory Health and Safety Consultants Ltd provide an external source of retained health and safety expertise.
Legislation and industry guidance, where applicable to the activities of the company, is emailed to a nominated point of contact. Telephone support is provided for health and safety advice at no extra cost.
Health and Safety Snapshot / Gap Analysis
An audit by a lead consultant providing an independent health check of the management of health and safety issues on a nominated site or location. Half day spent on site reviewing safety processes.
A report is produced which can be used as a measure of current progress and which also identifies areas of further action and improvement for the future.
Contractor Control Assessment
A review of contractor control procedures looking at approval, supervision, management of contractors including monitoring and feedback systems.
A report is produced with actions and recommendations for improving control, management and feedback systems.
Non-Standard Packages and Project Consultancy Services
Additional items can be added to the standard packages. For example, to include site visits or specific assistance with accreditations such as CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline. This would be based on a standard hourly rate depending on the complexity of the task. Costs would be agreed with the client before the work is undertaken.
Bespoke project work can also be agreed for example the development of safety systems and associated documentation such policies and procedures as well as documentation aligned to regulatory requirements such as construction phase plans and traffic management implementation reports.
